David’s passion for coaching runs deeper than the game itself. Growing up playing baseball and other high-level athletics, he learned firsthand how powerful the right guidance can be—and that experience ignited a lifelong drive to become the coach he once needed. He began instructing baseball and softball athletes over a decade ago, laying the foundation for a career built on leadership, training, and development.

 David proudly served in the military, which fueled a professional path focused on teaching people how to grow, perform, and succeed at the highest level. With decades of instructional experience—and currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at a local college—he understands how athletes learn, how confidence is built, and how discipline translates into performance on the field.

 As a father of softball athletes, David brings a unique perspective to instruction—understanding both the demands of competitive play and the responsibility coaches have in shaping confident, disciplined youth players. He trains athletes the same way he expects his own daughters to be trained: with purpose, accountability, and care. 

 He brings structure, accountability, and passion into every training session. David has a proven track record of coaching youth and competitive baseball and softball teams at a high level, serving on championship-caliber coaching staffs and developing players who consistently elevate their game.
